Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of 20% of the scheduled service. We are very understanding, so if emergencies take place, please give us a call when you are able.
Specialty Services
We require extension hair to be purchased in full before we can order it for you. Your stylist will have you come in for a complementary consultation, and color match using our color swatch rings provided to us by the hair manufacturers. This can also be completed at a color service. After color and length is decided, your stylist can give you a proper price quote, take payment, and order your hair for your to be installed.
Color corrections are any color service requiring a decolorization process followed by a color depositing service. This also includes a fashion color service. If you are looking for a major change and have previous color on your hair, you will be asked to come in for a complementary consultation to preform a test strand. This will give you, and the stylist a better idea of what outcome you can expect before starting the actual service. A test strand can help determine the amount of lift, and integrity of your hair after a potential color service. It's worth it!
